Business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Technical support is free, except where and provided that it does not cause modifications or work on the servers or website you are hosting.
Please note that written requests may only be received if sent from our online support page. This page also contains our
knowledge base, which you may browse free of charge, 24/7.
How to create an account on the Support page: *
- 1. Go to the Support page:

- 2. Click "Register".
- 3. Enter your name and email address and create your password.
- 4. You will receive an email confirmation of your new account.
- 5. Once received, go back to the Support page and enter your email address and password in the
" Connect " section.
* You don't need to create an account for each request. Tickets are answered within 24 to 48 hours.
Each ticket you create will have a routing number. This number will allow you to follow up your request with our team. Please retain this number to help us serve you better. Before contacting us, check to see if your answer is in our
