What is a merchant account?
To accept credit card orders, your business must get a merchant account with your bank or through a payment services provider. Do not hesitate to contact us for more details.

Are there any transaction fees?
No. ClicShop^TM will not bill any transaction fees. However, if you sign up for real-time credit card processing services with a third party provider, they may charge you transaction fees.

I already have a merchant account. Can I use it with ClicShop^TM?
Yes. Please call us to see if your merchant account is actually supported by ClicShop^TM.

How to connect my merchant account with ClicShop^TM?
That is simple. First you need to log in to your ClicShop^TM account by clicking on the “Merchant Login” button above, then click on the “Backstore” tab and select “Payment Methods”. Choose your payment gateway from our list, enter your merchant account access codes and validate the information.

Is ClicShop^TM secure?
Yes. ClicShop^TM uses standard SSL encryption keys for all its merchants. Not only that, but security has been deeply thought during all development phases of the application, so you can rest assured that your private information is kept secure.
