Minimum First-Time Order
I'm a coach/fitness instructor and would like to sell your equipment to my clients. Is there a minimum order?
What are my payment options?
OPTION 1:
PAY WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED (C.O.D.)
We ship your order by Canada Post or Fedex Ground, whichever is more economical. All retail orders are shipped by Canada Post only.
Canada Post: If not delivered directly to you, your local Canada Post retail office will notify you when your package is ready for pick-up. Upon pick-up, you simply pay the total amount owing in cash (or cheque, depending on your payment arrangements with BOES Inc.). Canada Post then forwards your payment to us. Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) costs an extra $6.
Fedex Ground: We usually use Fedex Ground for wholesale orders to non-residential addresses. Collect on Delivery (C.O.D) costs an extra $7. Simply pay the driver.
OPTION 2:
PRE-PAY and your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
Pre-paying saves you C.O.D. fees (this does not apply to retail customers). Upon receipt of your company cheque, certified cheque or money order, we ship your order no later than the next business day.
OPTION 3:

BOES Inc. has an account with PayPal, an instant and secure
on-line payment service. You can use Visa or Mastercard, or even pay directly from your savings or checking account. Sign-up is FAST, FREE, and EASY. For more information, log on to www.paypal.com
NOTE: You are paying directly to the account of "info@boes.ca". As soon as the funds are deposited to the BOES Inc. PayPal account, your order will be sent no later than the next business day.
OPTION 4 (for schools only):
FAX your Purchase Order to 905-704-0075. Include the following information:
-Purchase Order number
-contact phone number and name for accounts receivable
-working email address
-your order in detail and printed on letterhead
-signature
An email confirmation will follow your faxed order.

How much is shipping and handling?
We do not charge fixed shipping fees. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your package, and the distance from our warehouse in St. Catharines, Ontario to your delivery location.
We ship your order by Canada Post Expedited service or Fedex Ground, whichever is more economical. Guaranteed next-day or express delivery can be arranged at your request. We can give you a quote before finalizing a transaction.

BOES Inc. stands behind all of its products. If for any reason your product is unsatisfactory, speak to one of our sales representatives and we would be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday, 9:30AM - 5PM (except on statutory holidays). Our warehouse is not open to the public.
Do you sell to retail customers?
BOES Inc. is a wholesaler to certified clubs, schools, and fitness centers. If you would like to purchase BOES equipment, please visit your local boxing or fitness club, or log on to www.canbox.ca

I'm a coach/fitness instructor and would like to sell your equipment to my clients. Is there a minimum order?
A minimum first-time order is CAD$200 (applies to boxing and mixed martial arts equipment only). We will send your order Collect On Delivery (COD), and accept cash, certified cheque, or money order. After your account is established we will continue to send your orders COD, unless an agreement is made between your club and BOES Inc. in which BOES Inc. will accept company or personal cheques. Purchase Orders are welcome.
